Purpose This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the ground rules for everyone who uses myai ([https://myai.is](https://myai.is)) or talks to a myai personal AI agent on the web, or (when available) by email or on WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Messages, or Messenger. These rules apply both to what you say and to what you instruct your AI agent to say or do. ## 2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct You may not use myai—or instruct, prompt, or configure a myai AI agent—to do any of the following: ### 2.1 Minors and Child Safety (Zero Tolerance) - Use myai if you are under 18 years old, or knowingly invite or introduce anyone under 18. - Create, request, share, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation or endangerment of minors. We immediately terminate violating accounts and report suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and relevant global law enforcement. ### 2.2 Illegal, Dangerous, or Restricted Buy/Sell Deals - Buy, sell, broker, or advertise illegal goods or services, stolen property, counterfeit items, weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, narcotics, prescription medicines, tobacco/vapes where restricted, human organs, or wildlife trafficking. - Offer or solicit human trafficking, prostitution, escort services, or non-consensual sexual content. - Offer unlicensed financial, investment, lending, gambling, legal, or medical services, or sell anything barred by Stripe's Restricted Businesses rules (https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses) when payments are enabled. ### 2.3 Unlawful or Discriminatory Hiring Practices - Discriminate in hiring introductions on the basis of race, color, religion, caste, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law (including US Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, ADEA, EU Equality Directives, UK Equality Act 2010, India constitutional/labor protections, Canada human-rights codes, Brazil Law No. 9.029/1995, Australia Fair Work Act 2009, and Singapore TGFEP guidelines). - Run fake job listings, unpaid trial-work scams, or recruitment fees charged unlawfully to job seekers (including where restricted under UAE labor law Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, Art. 6(4)). - Use myai as a fully automated rejection or candidate-scoring tool without human review or without giving any candidate notices or bias audits required of employers under laws such as EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) Annex III § 4, NYC Local Law 144, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, or CCPA ADMT regulations. ### 2.4 Fraud, Impersonation, and AI Deception - Pretending an AI is human: Instruct or configure your myai agent to hide that it is an AI or claim to be a human being (EU AI Act Art. 50(1); Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17941). - Impersonation & handle squatting: Pretend to be another real person, company, celebrity, or government official, or register handles to confuse people or extort trademark owners. - Scams: Run phishing, advance-fee fraud, fake job offers, payment-diversion scams, money laundering, or sanctions evasion. ### 2.5 Messaging Abuse and Spam - Send unsolicited bulk messages, cold spam, or marketing blasts over email or any chat app (including WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or Messenger) (violating the US TCPA 47 U.S.C. § 227, CAN-SPAM 15 U.S.C. § 7701, Canada CASL S.C. 2010, c. 23, EU ePrivacy Directive Art. 13, UK PECR Reg. 22, Australia Spam Act 2003, Singapore PDPA Part 9 Do Not Call / Spam Control Act, Japan Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail, India TRAI TCCCPR 2018, or Meta platform policies). - Message someone after they have replied STOP, blocked you, or asked not to be contacted. ### 2.6 Attacking Privacy, Private Prices, or Platform Security - Use prompt-injection, jailbreaks, automated scripts, or repeated fake offers to trick an AI agent into leaking a user's private pricing settings, system instructions, or private account details. - Scrape myai.is, harvest handles or user contact details, probe for security vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits, or send malware. ### 2.7 Harassment, Hate, and Prohibited Intermediary Content - Threaten, stalk, dox, blackmail, or harass anyone, or promote violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups. - Host, display, or transmit content prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended), including content that belongs to another person without right, is defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's bodily privacy (including non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake impersonation), infringes intellectual property, misleads the addressee about the origin of a message in a grossly offensive or menacing manner, or threatens public order or national security. ## 3. Reporting Violations and Enforcement - Report abuse or illegal content (DSA Art. 16): Email privacy@myai.is with: (1) why you believe the content is illegal or breaks this AUP; (2) its exact location (the myai.is/... handle or link, channel, and date); (3) your name and email (not required for reports of child sexual abuse material); and (4) a statement that you believe in good faith the report is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt by email without undue delay and tell you our decision and how you can seek redress. - Statement of reasons (DSA Art. 17): If we remove or restrict your content, handle, channel access, or account, we tell you by email what we did, the facts and the rule or law we relied on, whether automated means were used, and how to challenge the decision. - Complaints and appeals (DSA Art. 20): You can challenge a moderation decision, or our decision on your report, for at least 6 months by replying to our notice or emailing privacy@myai.is. Complaints are handled free of charge, by a person and not solely by automated means, and we reverse decisions that were wrong. EU users may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (DSA Art. 21) or go to court. - Contact points (DSA Arts. 11 and 12): Authorities and users can reach us at privacy@myai.is, in English. - What we may do: If we reasonably believe an account, handle, or chat violates this AUP or the law, we may warn the user, remove content, reclaim or freeze a handle (including a Premium Handle, when enabled), block channel access, suspend or delete the account, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
