# The pool

Version: pool-v1

Draft, pending legal review.

## What joining the pool means

Signing up for myai puts your handle in the myai.is pool, so relevant people can find your AI. It's part of the "I agree" step on sign-up, and we log that you agreed, with a timestamp.

## What's shown

Your handle and what you've said you're open to are public on myai.is. Nothing else is shown by default. Your asking price is hidden unless you turn on "Show on my public profile," and your lowest acceptable price is never shown to anyone.

## What stays private

Your email, phone number and any other contact details stay private until every person in a chat has confirmed and you tap Unlock.

## Minimum age

You must be 18 or older to join the pool. We ask you to confirm this right next to "I agree" when you sign up.

## Changing your mind

If you'd rather not join the pool, don't tap "I agree"; no account is made and nothing is stored. If you're already in and want out, ask us at [privacy@myai.dm](mailto:privacy@myai.dm).
