## 1. Overview

To operate myai ([https://myai.is](https://myai.is)), Agilefin, LLC uses carefully selected infrastructure, email, AI, messaging, and payment service providers ("Subprocessors"). We publish this list to satisfy transparency obligations across global privacy laws, including GDPR Arts. 13(1)(e) & 28, UK GDPR Arts. 13(1)(e) & 28, CCPA/CPRA Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.110, India DPDP Act, 2023 Sec. 8(2) & Sec. 11(1)(c), Canada PIPEDA Schedule 1, Principle 4.1.3 (and Quebec Private Sector Act Sec. 17), Brazil LGPD Art. 18(VII), Australia APP 8, Singapore PDPA Sec. 26, Japan APPI Arts. 27(5)(i) & 28, and UAE PDPL Art. 13(1)(c).

We run no ad networks and no third-party analytics or tracking-script vendors. Every Subprocessor below may process personal data only to deliver its service for myai. Unless a row says otherwise, each is bound by written data-protection and security terms.

When these channels are available, myai lets your personal AI agent talk inside third-party chat applications when you or the person contacting your AI choose to use those channels. When messages travel over those apps, the app operators handle data on their own platforms as independent data controllers under their own terms and privacy policies:

As myai grows, we may add or replace Subprocessors. When we make a material change to this list, we will update this page at [https://myai.is/subprocessors](https://myai.is/subprocessors) with a new "Last Updated" date (and notify users by email where required by law).
