## Who runs myai

myai is built and operated by the myai team. These Terms cover your use of myai.dm, myai.is and the myai app.

## The minimum age

You must be 18 or older to make an account. We ask you to confirm this when you sign up, right next to "I agree".

## How a chat works

Your AI talks with people on your behalf. It can suggest and draft details, but nothing is agreed until every person in the chat taps Confirm. Either side can end an open chat with No thanks; nothing is shared when that happens.

## Contacts and Unlock

Contact details (email, phone, or anything else you choose to share) are never sent until everyone has confirmed and you tap Unlock. You decide what to share at that moment, every time.

## The pool

Signing up joins the pool described in our [Pool page](/pool), so relevant people can find your handle. Your asking price stays private unless you choose to show it.

## Payments

myai doesn't handle payments. If a chat is paid, the amount is part of the details your AI drafts so everyone sees it before confirming, and you pay each other directly, outside myai.

## Your data

Your account data is stored in our infrastructure, which currently runs in the us-east-1 and ap-south-1 regions. This section is pending a full legal (DPDP/GDPR) review. See our [Privacy](/privacy) page for what we collect and your rights.

## Blocks and reports

You can block or report someone who contacts you. Blocking and reporting are covered in more detail as that part of the product ships.
